Your use of the websites shall be deemed to constitute your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall be enforceable in the same way as if you had signed this Agreement. If you are not willing to accept the terms and conditions in this Agreement, do not use any of the web sites listed above. Every time you use these websites you void to confirm your agreement with this Terms Of Use Agreement.
This agreement is between you (“you”, “your”, “user”) and the Society of Conscious Service, a non-profit organization, and Carol Steinel, collectively (“Owner”, “Owners”, “Website Owner(s)”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”)
The content available through the websites (including any and all Images, Animations, Audio and Video Recordings, Power Point Presentations, and Text), and the site design for www.consciousservice.org and www.cosmiclaugh.com is the sole property of The Society of Conscious Service and/or Carol L. Steinel, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The site design for www.scsmembers.org is the sole property of Amy Mook, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, content received through the websites may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only, through the means of your home computer.

You must register using your real name (your real name does not have to be displayed in forums, discussion boards, and chat rooms, but you must use your real name when registering) and a valid email address. You will be allowed access to materials on the registration-only portions of our websites only after you have registered.
The audio and video recordings, and any live video or audio broadcasts made available on the site(s) are provided in streaming audio format only. You are not permitted to record the audio to your personal computer using auxiliary software, audio capture equipment, or other recording devices without our express written permission. You are not allowed to share your username and password to allow others to listen to the streaming audio on a different computer. Each person listening from their individual computer must register separately. You may log in with your username and password from only one computer at any given time to access the site.
The Owners do not guarantee or offer any warranty that the flash audio streaming files we provide will play on your computer, and we do not provide support for software, hardware, ISP access, browser, or other computer issues or user-end issues that may prevent you from accessing any part of the site.
