the Do Classes are offered purely on a donation basis, as well as any other
class or event that is listed as being offered "By Donation" -- in the
case of By Donation classes, a suggested donation, rather than a fee is listed -- no one
is turned away because of inability to donate monetarily. If you'd like to read more about what happens with the

Special
Classes that are listed "By Fee" are offered on a sliding scale, fee-based format, unless otherwise
clearly noted. (The SCS sometimes sponsors classes, which are then offered
by donation.)
